The business model of Premium Services, Inc. affords customers tremendous flexibility in the creation of a customer program.  An initial assessment of facilities results in the presentation of options for customer consideration.  Options may include provision of a single service, multiple bundled services, capital improvement projects, staff placement, consulting and beyond.  The sole goal is creation of options resulting in cost effective and viable solutions to protect the systems and the visual integrity of the facility.

The current model of Premium Services, Inc. evolved over the last four decades as a result of customer requests.  Beginning as strictly a janitorial company in Michigan, Premium Services, Inc. began providing additional services in order to accommodate the needs of customers.  Now offering nearly 70 different services to customers in multiple states, Premium Services, Inc. has firmly positioned itself to be an innovative and strategic partner to customers for many years to come.
